We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at Info@MoonbeamBaby.com or by phone at (888) 311-0597, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST. Someone at Moonbeam Baby will respond to your issues directly via phone or e-mail within 48 hours. 
We must be notified within 30 days of receipt of any issues you have have with the products supplied. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

If your order has been processed as indicated on your order, please be aware we will be unable to accept returns of any personalized items, except in the case of error on the behalf of Moonbeam Baby. Please be assured we will always strive to satisfy our customers in every way possible.
