Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Because many of our items are personalized, additional time may be required during busy seasons or promotions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Moonbeam Baby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping (except for Canada). Canadian orders can take up to three weeks to be delivered by the USPS.
